1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 (10.75 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon garlic salt
1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
Brown ground beef and onion. Add spices, soup and mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms are tender. Add sour cream just before serving.
